Vula Dingani a 24 year old football development holding CAF D License.
Vula s’ football career started in 2010,he was 13 years old participating in Built it Tournament ,he was a goalkeeper and Captain of the team called City Killers in Cape Town (Paarl).He also insisted ,was playing two roles, because their coach was always drunk ,so he decided to took that initiative as captain to coach the team himself and they end up in the finals of the Build it Cup.People influenced and inspired him to became an football coach are Richard Pool and Thembinkosi Aylif.When he grew up always wanted to produce future footballers and good Quality professional . Challenges he faced said being undermined when there is good opportunity, explained for example when a team need development like journey players,they forst him to sacrifice alot.Things he learned in football,to be focus all time,be patient,work harder and learn every day.Regarding his Achievements he went in UK and USA for Dollars Cup with the u19 Cape Winelands,Also won coach of the year.People motivates him to do better every day is his Mom and Girlfriend.Things would like to see changing in South African football development stating they must open many doors for young footballers and Coaches,so that they can learn and improve for themselves.His favourite mentor is Coach Pitso Mosimane, because he likes they way his strategies also his technical skills build up his confidence.Vula highlighted Luvuyo Memela is his favourite football idol, because is always motivating young players and coaches.In 3 years s’time ,he wants to see himself coaching in Glad Africa and his goals for 2021/2022 season is to win a Regional league formerly known as SAB .Last and encouraging words for upcoming coaches said to be a coach is not easy especially the team is providing you with everything ,when you start losing games they chased you just like that and also hinted the journey starts today not tomorrow ,be bold and strong enough to be fearless.
