Jnr first time he played soccer was in 2016,when he was 10 years old.Around that time ,he was playing for Emhlangeni Sports Academy (ESA).He insisted his dad was the reason he started playing football,until he realised how happy it made his dad to see him playing football.Since he started playing football,his ambitions weren’t as clear,but what he used to tell himself was,Do your Best and see what happens,but as his passion for the game grew.He told himself that he wants to make it in the Big Leagues as an footballer, also he wants to be known all over the World!.The Biggest Challenge he faced since he began playing football was being told that he have no talent,he should give up.Direct Comments were made on how useless he was on the field.He used to cry because of these Comments especially, because most of these came from his teammates at ESA.Even though their words hurt him,he never lost the love for the game.Football has taught Jnr to be patient,to always be prepared.It has taught him to take responsibility for his mistakes and how to work with a team . Football has taught him a lot of things ,but the most important thing it has taught him never to give up.Jnr told us his everyday motivation is the player he was yesterday, because everyday his in a competition with himself to play better than he did yesterday,to work harder and get better each and every day.Regarding Football Development in South Africa”said”would like to see more involvement from SAFA interms of creating and funding development leagues in South African Provinces.Cristiano Ronaldo is his all time favourite Footballer, because for the talent ,he compensates for it by out working Everyone.He is a great idol for Young players to work hard so they can achieve their footballing goals ,Jnr “said”.Playing for MSE for him is something else, playing for MSE is entirely different from any other Academy, because the main focus there ,at MSE is to groom young players to be better as player and also as a person.He told us MSE has a main focus of producing educated Footballers.Jnr s’ achievement s as a player for MSE,he had played for 3 divisions namely u/13,u/15 and recently u/17 .In each divisions he contributed so much regarding winning tournaments.His biggest achievements at MSE are being the Captain for the u13s and later for u15s.In Football he learnt that an injury to one ,is an injury to all,there s’ no time to be soft on the field.He learnt to try and give it his all until the last whistle.For upcoming season,he wants to remain consistent and hopefully get promoted to the SAB Squad for the 2022/23 season.In three year ‘s time ,he wants to see himself signing a professional contract under the guidance of MSE s’ technical staff.About the current season”said”he needs to work hard,stay consistent, avoid any distractions and most important of all,he should listen to his coaches instructions.words for his supporters,”said”he appreciate each and everyone who believes in him, especially those closest to him, also would like to thank his coaches for shouting at him, highlighted because they know he can always do better and appreciate you for that.He would like to tell his teammates that his thankful to have them as his teammates for their support and advice.Encouraging words for upcoming youngsters “said” you don’t need talent to make it as an footballer,hardwork and positive mindset can take you far in life.Thoughts for the online publications, happily”said” he thinks it’s a great platform interms of the players,coach Wonder has interviewed and the reviews he has given on his own players at MSE.He really thinks ,is doing good job, because he is managing his channel and coaching his team at the same time.Sizwe Yende Jnr
